When will my order ship? TOP

Orders which include personalized embroidered and screen printed items will be shipped within 10 business days.  If your purchase does not include personalized items, it will typically ship within 2 business days.   Personalized plates and personalized jewelry are shipped directly from the artists in approximately 4 weeks.  Every effort is made to ship orders as quickly as possible.  

Can I ship my gift directly to the recipient? TOP
Yes, during the checkout process you will have the option to enter one shipping address.  This address can be different from your billing address.   If you are purchasing gifts to be sent to two different addresses, you will need to complete two separate shopping cart transactions.  You will have the opportunity to enter a gift message during check out.  

How does the quantity discount on burp cloths work? TOP
If you buy three or more of the same style burp cloth, you will receive $1 off of each of them.  The price drops from $9 each to $8 each.  Our new site uses different shopping cart technology than we previously used and does not allow the discount to apply to different style selections.  As a result, we reduced the cost of buying a single burp cloth from $10 to $9.  The new discount makes better business sense, as it takes less time to design and embroider the same image than it does to make different ones. 

Do you offer gift wrap? TOP
Our Dribbles are wrapped in a white tulle bow and packaged with white tissue paper.  At this time we do not offer any other gift wrap options.

How will my order ship? TOP
Our primary shipping service is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.   Priority Mail generally arrives within 2 - 3 days.   Express shipping is also available at checkout.  This option will accelerate the shipping of your package, it will not impact the production time required for personalized orders.

Can I pay by credit card? TOP
Yes, you may pay by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.  We also offer the option to pay using an established PayPal account or you may opt to open one during the checkout process.  It is a simple process and there is no charge for the buyer.   We use encrypted servers for your credit card security.   All transactions are handled directly by a secure third party (PayPal), Designer Dribbles does not receive any personal credit card information.   Your credit card statement will identify your purchase as "Dribbles".   

What is your Privacy Policy? TOP
It is Designer Dribble’s policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers.  Through this Privacy Statement, we want to reassure our customers that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others.  Designer Dribbles does not collect or receive credit card information. All user credit card information is processed by a third party vendor - PayPal using encrypted servers, and all concerns and questions should be addressed with them. 
 

Do you sell your products wholesale? TOP
At this point in time we do not offer any special wholesale arrangements.   However, we are confident that you will find our retail prices to be highly competitive.  If you would like to be notified of any changes to this practice in the future, please send a request to sales @designerdribbles.com. 

What if I can't find a specific design/theme? TOP
We have access to literally thousands of images.  If the baby is a young fan of a specific sports team or cartoon character just let us know, we may be able to accommodate!  Please send an email to sales@designerdribbles.com and let us know what you have in mind.  We will check our files and let you know if your request is possible.
 

Do you accept returns? TOP

Unused items with original tags attached may be returned with 30 days of receipt.   Your purchase price plus any applicable sales tax will be refunded, shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.   

Personalized items may not be returned, unless of course there was an error on our behalf, in which case, we will quickly and happily redo your order.  This holds true for all items sold with personalization.  Be sure to double (or triple) check your order. 


 

Do you charge sales tax? TOP
We are required to charge a 5% sales tax to residents of our home state - Massachusetts.
 

How should I care for my Ritzy Baby car seat cover? TOP
If you purchased a Ritzy cotton seat these are very easy to care for. Ritzy Baby is always testing their products to ensure the most convenient, simple ways for you moms on the go! Cotton seats can be washed on delicate cycle and for best results lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Do not use Woolite or fabric softeners. Use only a regular mild detergent. You can also place your Ritzy Seat in the dryer for 5-10 minutes to fluff out wrinkles. Never wash canopy in machine - hand wash only and lay flat to dry. Canopy can be placed in dryer to fluff, but do not exceed the 5-10 minutes

How should I care for my personalized pure silver jewelry? TOP
Silver jewelry will tarnish over time.  Tarnishing is a natural process caused by oxidation.  Tarnish does not damage the silver and can easily be removed by rubbing the piece gently with a soft, treated polishing cloth.  If used regularly, a polishing cloth can keep tarnish from building up.  When you are not wearing your silver pieces, store them in the gift bags your jewelry arrives in.
